How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

Step 1: Send Withdrawal Request

Required Information:

Your full name (as provided during purchase)
Order reference number
Wallet address used for purchase
Clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase
Original payment method details (for refund processing)

Step 2: Await Confirmation

You will receive an acknowledgment of your withdrawal request within 24 hours (working days). This confirmation will include:

Verification that your request was received within the withdrawal period
Instructions for returning or destroying any tokens already received
Timeline for refund processing
Reference number for tracking your withdrawal

Step 3: Token Return Process

If you have already received SDA tokens, you must:

Return tokens to the specified burn address (instructions provided)
Provide transaction hash as proof of return
Or follow alternative destruction method if technically required

Note: Refund processing begins only after token return is confirmed.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of token return confirmation using your original payment method.

Important Limitations and Exceptions

Trading commencement: If tokens are admitted to trading on a regulated exchange before your withdrawal period expires
Technical impossibility: If technical circumstances prevent token return (rare cases)
Regulatory restrictions: If withdrawal would violate applicable laws or regulations
Fraudulent activity: If purchase was part of fraudulent or illegal activity
