LEI Certificate
Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) certificate for Sustainable Digital Assets Inc. LEI: 89450058XEES8WCSCQ03.
Sustainable Digital Assets Inc. is registered in the Global Legal Entity Identifier (GLEI) System under LEI code 89450058XEES8WCSCQ03. The LEI is a 20-character alphanumeric identifier issued under ISO 17442 that uniquely identifies a legal entity participating in financial transactions worldwide, and it is the cornerstone identifier that links our white paper, purchase agreements, settlement instruments and exchange listings back to a single, externally-verifiable corporate record.
The certificate is publicly searchable on the GLEIF global index and through the Bloomberg LEI portal, both of which act as authoritative third-party verification sources for counterparties, regulators and exchange listing teams.
What is a Legal Entity Identifier?
A Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is a globally unique 20-character alphanumeric code defined by ISO 17442 and administered by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) under the oversight of the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee (LEI ROC). It connects a legal entity to its “Level 1” reference data (legal name, registered address, jurisdiction, registration authority, company registration number) and “Level 2” relationship data (direct and ultimate parent relationships).
LEIs were adopted by G20 finance ministers following the 2008 financial crisis to make counterparty identification unambiguous across borders and asset classes. Today the LEI is required for reporting under MiFID II / MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, the EU Securities Financing Transactions Regulation, and — most relevantly for crypto-asset issuers — is the standard identifier cited in MiCA Article 6(1)(b) for issuer identification in white papers.
Why SDA Token requires an LEI
MiCA white paper requirement. Article 6 of EU Regulation 2023/1114 requires every crypto-asset white paper to disclose the issuer's name and the legal entity identifier — this LEI is the value notified to the relevant national competent authority and embedded in the machine-readable XHTML+iXBRL whitepaper at xbrl:LegalEntityIdentifier.
Exchange listing & settlement. Regulated venues (BTCC, Coinstore, and any future EU-MiCA-licensed CASP) require the issuing entity's LEI before listing or settlement onboarding. The LEI is also referenced in the ANNA DTI / ISO 24165 mapping that identifies the SDA token instrument in the digital token registry.
Anti-money-laundering & the Travel Rule. Where SDA flows are settled by VASPs subject to the EU Transfer of Funds Regulation, originator and beneficiary entity identification is satisfied by the LEI for the corporate side of any transaction.
